We walk this year in memory of Kerry Marcotte. She passed unexpectly from leiomyosarcoma at age 43. She was a force to be reckoned with and lit up every room she walked into. She was full of jokes and could make you cry with laughter without even trying. Her family and friends meant everything to her and she always made you feel surrounded by love. She had a passion for animals, especially her two dogs, and she also had a talent for the arts. She was always painting, making her whole family shirts, or creating something. She cherished the time spent with her nieces and nephews, and loved being the "favorite aunt".
While her diagnoses was hard, Kerry got up everyday with a determined smile on her face. She never let it get in her way, and she took everything life threw at her. With her husband and best friend, Jude Marcotte, by her side, she lived life to the fullest. She was a beautiful soul with the biggest heart; who was taken too soon.
Each and every dollar raised stays within the communities that we serve, helping our friends, family members and co-corkers.
